Happy valley dogs, island style

Have a hard time leaving my little guy behind but Johnny’s always does a great job with him and makes sure to keep me updated. Recently raised the price but it’s still one of the best prices around and no matter what I know I have a place to go for him. Kathleen is also amazing when it comes to dogs and people, always very happy and can tell she takes care of the dogs like her own baby’s.

Amanda grooms my dog Isabelle all the time and always does an amazing job. She’s great with animals and you can see her genuine care for them! She pays attention to the details and always alerts me if she notices anything concerning like fox tails my dog picks up on hikes. She tailors the cut to our needs (like keeping her leg hair shorter as not to attract stickers)! Overall awesome service!

100% highly recommended! First time boarding our 3 dogs and as anyone knows that can provide anxiety and uncertainty. The staff there is absolutely attentive and caring. Providing photos of our puppers all happy and smiling while we were away was a nice little touch that adds a lot of peace of mind. We will absolutely be using Johnny's Doghouse again and again in the future. Keep up the great work!

This was the first time I had to board my puppy. I was really nervous about her being cared for properly. Kathleen has gone above and beyond my expectations. She sends updates on my little pup little puppy with videos and pictures daily. This puts me at ease to know that Lily is happy, having fun and being loved.

I have been to many dog care facilities and as a dog professional I have been very impressed with Johnny’s Doghouse! The staff is compassionate, friendly, thorough, and go above and beyond to show love and care to the dogs that stay here. One of the caretakers, George, has been incredible about winning over even the most difficult dogs, from an aggressive border collie to a fearful pitbull. I’m so grateful to have found this business and will continue bringing my dogs to them in the future

Our first time here- we had a great experience. Amanda did an amazing job giving my mini Aussie doodle his first summer cut. She was super patient with him, though he was hyper as a first timer, and explained everything to me in depth before she started. She even did special detailed work on his paws because he likes to play in the creek. He smells great almost two weeks later and his cut is growing out perfectly. We will definitely be back!

We’ve been bringing our dog Libby here for a year now since we moved from Florida for grooming and to get her nails cut. Yuritsi, is very gentle with Libby and does a great job. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been boarding my dog here for several years and they have helped me tremendously through the death of my spouse and my daughter’s hospitalization. He’s so at home here and Kathleen and Capri take such good care of him !

Capri helped me with information and took me on a tour of the facility the other day when I stopped in. She was so kind and you can tell that she loves working here. Will definitely be back to have my dogs well taken care of!!!

My pups have been coming to this location for boarding for nearly 20 years, long before it was JDH. One of my babies who has since crossed the rainbow bridge was the first to love it here. I was concerned that new ownership might affect my relationship with the business but things are better than ever!
